The Commercial Business Processes organization is the engine of the commercial infrastructure, partners with IET Business Units to drive focus on commercial priorities and supports execution of business goals through process and system optimization, sustaining Customer experience and engagement, IET responsiveness and productivity, as well as enhancing commercial tools, business-critical processes and operations. The team is the gatekeeper of the SAP blueprint and commercial framework development.

As an IET Commercial Business Processes Leader, you will be responsible for:

Setting the Commercial Processes & tools strategy, plan, and priorities in line with the Lean Enterprise system, by collaborating with the IET Business Units and Functions Driving key strategic IET projects, such as eCommerce, Customer portals, quoting tools Driving Long Range Planning definition for Commercial processes and relevant funding, ensuring all stakeholders are onboard and sponsoring the initiatives that are game changers for IET Supporting and guiding IET business units’ on their growth strategy development and execution of commercial processes, tools, and change management As Gatekeepers of the SAP blueprint and business framework development, define commercial requirements and support implementation, bridging business needs with IT feasibility & implementation Defining and driving Operating Rhythm, Reports & KPIs to support the commercial team on operational efficiency, operational results, and achievements and ensure there’s visibility of impact on the business Owning and calibrating best in class Commercial Processes & Tools globally to ensure processes effectively support IET-diversified commercial models Sustaining the broader IET Process & Tool community, by being an active member of the Quality, Lean, and Operational Excellence Community. Coaching and growing the Commercial Processes team members, as well as the broader BPO organization. Promoting strong compliance and HSE culture; 100% leadership engagement and training compliance Leading change management for cross-IET initiatives. Train & assist users on processes, transactions, etc

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of sales, commercial, or corporate finance experience. Have proven success in leading diverse teams and influencing with both direct and indirect influence

Desired Characteristics

MBA and/or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics is preferred Strong business analysis, problem-solving, strategic planning, commercial, and account management skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams, to interact at all levels of the organization High energy, assertiveness, and self-motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities Able to understand and translate customer and market needs into product strategies & plans Robust knowledge and understanding of enterprise processes and systems (e.g. ERPs, CRMs, MRPs, etc..) spanning across key operational functions such as Finance, Projects Commercial and Supply Chain Demonstrated strategic planning and operational execution skills Has customer-centric mindset; proven ability to challenge status quo and influence cross-functional and global counterparts to do what’s right for the customer and bottom line. Be able to possess a strategic mindset and an analytical, data-driven approach Have previous experience of influencing business change in large organizations, with a focus on driving people change during technology, process, and organizational transformation
