Il Manufacturing Engineer è un professionista che si occupa dell'ottimizzazione del processo di produzione e del processo tecnologico. Nello specifico siamo alla ricerca di una persona con esperienza nella lean manufacturing che crei nuovi cicli di montaggio della produzione nel passaggio da produzione stazionaria a produzione in linea e si occupi di attività di bilanciamento e riduzione costi nell'efficientamento della produzione. Responsabilità principali: 

Supportare l'ottimizzazione del processo tecnologico e analizzare il ciclo produttivo individuando azioni correttive dove necessario; Eseguire test e definire i metodi e parametri di monitoraggio della produzione; Per tutte le fasi del processo e per ogni singolo step, definire le linee guida di lavoro e di controllo; Scrivere i cicli di montaggio; Ottimizzare i tempi ciclo e la linea secondo logiche produttive lean; Interfacciarsi con ufficio tecnico, planning, industrializzazione, qualità, acquisti e continuos improvement.  Esperienza di almeno cinque anni, nel ruolo, all'interno di industrie manifatturiere. Competenze e conoscenze: 

Buona conoscenza dei sistemi produttivi e predisposizione personale verso i processi tecnologici; Capacità ed interpretazione del disegno meccanico; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei principali gestionali aziendali; Ottime doti relazionali, di problem solving e orientamento al risultato. Formazione e conoscenza linguistica: 

Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o gestionale;  Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in territorio nazionale ed internazionale, inferiore al 10% del proprio tempo.
