INTIMATE SALES SPECIALIST

At Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for an Intimate Sales Specialist, who will be placed within the Intimate BU.

The role will support the team in the following activities: 
• Proactively monitor sales & product stocks on all channels in collaboration with Global Planning Department;
• Support Head of Sales on monitoring sales campaigns and monthly net sales;
• Support Head of Sales on processes and calendar GTM management;
• Coordinate and develop key action on replenishment with Global & Demand Planning & Global Sales Operations;
• Coordinate and develop key action on intimate category deliveries with Production planning & Global Sales Operations;
• Support on developing category product training;
• Support marketing on providing product content to key accounts/indirects;
• Support on sharing VM guidelines with direct channels & indirect franchise network.

Requirements:
• Educational background in business management or similar and a minimum of 1/2 year experience within roles in Sales Operations and/or Planning in a fashion company modernly structured;
• International mindset and experience gained in both educational and career paths;
• Great passion for fashion and sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends;
• Strong analytical skills and mindset, proficiency in Excel and Power Point;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to problem solving and to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm;
• Fluent in English. The knowledge of other languages is a plus.
