Purpose of position: (Overall contribution to company goals)

Responsible for all Sales & operations activities for North region and active collaboration with BU,Sector, Technical, Construction Services, Marketing and all others Team

Core Responsibilities

Key Activities

Sales & Operations

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.
  • Involve with customer from purchase order till collection
  • Provide after sales services related to technical assistance.
  • Develop strong relationship with decision makers in government departments, consultants and contractors.
  • Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecast.
  • Maintain database of projects,key influencers and opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and develop new business with existing/new customers.

Ensuring Business

  • Meeting with client, contractors and consultants and explaining the advantages of innovative materials, to save time, cost and improving quality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in marketplace.

Tendering & Contract

  • Preparing tenders, Proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms & conditions.
  • Discuss technical marketing activities planning with Marketing, BD and Technical team in line with potential projects and key contacts.

Collaboration

  • Collaboration with all sector, Technical, Construction Services, and Marketing team.
