Purpose of position: (Overall contribution to company goals)
Responsible for all Sales & operations activities for North region and active collaboration with BU,Sector, Technical, Construction Services, Marketing and all others Team
Core Responsibilities
Key Activities
Sales & Operations
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.
- Involve with customer from purchase order till collection
- Provide after sales services related to technical assistance.
- Develop strong relationship with decision makers in government departments, consultants and contractors.
- Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecast.
- Maintain database of projects,key influencers and opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and develop new business with existing/new customers.
Ensuring Business
- Meeting with client, contractors and consultants and explaining the advantages of innovative materials, to save time, cost and improving quality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in marketplace.
Tendering & Contract
- Preparing tenders, Proposals and quotations.
- Negotiating contracts, terms & conditions.
- Discuss technical marketing activities planning with Marketing, BD and Technical team in line with potential projects and key contacts.
Collaboration
- Collaboration with all sector, Technical, Construction Services, and Marketing team.
