We offer a role as Junior Controller, who will be part of and provide support to the Finance team in Aliaxis Italy, reporting to the Senior Finance & Operations Controller

Italy.

The candidate will be in charge of supporting the Finance and General Management in the definition and development of strategic choices. The candidate will also be responsible of ensuring the preparation of Monthly Reporting, Budget, Forecast, Profitability and Fixed Cost analysis, product costing and business plan to support investments.

The seat of the candidate could be Aliaxis Zola Predosa (BO) or Aliaxis Fiesso Umbertiano (RO).

The Key Responsibilities can be summarized as follows

Ensure the correctness and timely monthly reporting including P&L, BS and Cash analyses.Support the Budget and Forecast process according to the HQ Group.Update the cost nature and cost center analysis in line with specification received by the HQ Group.Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.Issue timely and complete financial statements.Support the preparation of the monthly reporting.Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.Provide for a system of management cost reports.Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.Participate to assist the Finance Director to provide the information to external auditors for the annual audit and to keep relationship.Monitor Capital Expenditure plan.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

Degree in Economics/Engineering is required.Experience in industrial controlling in multinational companies is considered a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Proven business partnering attitude.Ability to work under tight deadlines.Proactivity, flexibility, team working, excellent communication skills and results orientation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
