La risorsa verrà inserita nel dipartimento di Middle Office della società e si occuperà di gestire le attività focalizzate su Fondi di Investimento Comuni (UCITS) di diritto Italiano/Lussemburghese/Irlandese e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Presidio e Oversight delle attività dei Fund Administrator e delle Banche Depositarie
  • Monitoraggio giornaliero delle valorizzazioni effettuate dal Fund Admnistrator dei titoli presenti in posizione dei Fondi utilizzando come fonte di comparazione Bloomberg Terminal
  • Effettuare attività di Nav Oversight investigando sulle anomalie eventualmente presenti nei dati contabili ricevuti e indirizzare le attività di investigation e di remediation seguendo end-to-end l'intero ciclo giornaliero di Nav Production e Pubblication con il presidio delle attività collegate alla valorizzazione del NAV sollecitando laddove necessario la tempestiva finalizzazione e pubblicazione del NAV
  • Riconciliazione giornaliera Derivati Quotati (ETD): confronto tra le operazioni inserite dai Gestori in BBG e quelle contabilizzate dai Clearers
  • Controllo OPTIONS in scadenza: verificare su base giornaliera/mensile se in posizione nei fondi siano presenti o meno opzioni in scadenza al fine da poter istruire correttamente il Fund Administration
  • Predisposizione della reportistica alla direzione amministrativa e contabile
  • Predisposizione e pubblicazione delle relazioni di bilancio periodiche (Financial Reporting) in stretto contatto con gestori, risk managers e revisori dei fondi

Il/la candidato/a ideale ha:

    • Laurea in Economia, finanza o equivalente
    • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli affini
    • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti finanziari, ivi inclusi gli strumenti derivati (quotati ed OTC)
    • Conoscenza approfondita del piano contabile dei fondi UCITS di diritto italiano, Lussemburghese ed Irlandese
    • Ottimo uso del pacchetto Office: Word, Excel, posta elettronica
