.Jefferson Wells, società di Head Hunting del gruppo Manpower , per nuovo brand del Lusso nel mondo dell’Hospitality Italiana,  ricerca di una/un Director of Sales, che avrà sede a Roma, con esperienza pluriennale nell’Area Commerciale del settore turistico – alberghiero di lusso, e che si occuperà dello Sviluppo Commerciale dei vari Hotels del Brand nel territorio Italiano.

Responsabilità:
 
  • Pianificazione e attuazione di strategie di vendita e marketing
  • Gestione e sviluppo delle relazioni con i clienti e le agenzie di viaggio, tour operator e tutti i canali di vendita, comprese le OTA, a livello nazionale e internazionale
  • Monitoraggio del mercato e analisi della concorrenza
  • Organizzazione di eventi e promozioni per attirare nuovi clienti
  • Reportistica e analisi dei risultati delle azioni commerciali

Requisiti
  • Esperienza pluriennale nelle vendite del segmento degli hotel di lusso (strutture singole o multiple)
  • Consolidata rete di relazioni esistente con i principali attori nell’hotellerie di lusso
  • Comprovato successo nel raggiungere obiettivi
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
  • Conoscenza del mercato turistico e delle tendenze del settore luxury
  • Capacità di analisi dei dati e problem solving
  • Creatività e spirito innovativo
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua straniera
  • Laurea ad indirizzo turistico/alberghiero o economia aziendale o similari
