Responsabilità:
- Pianificazione e attuazione di strategie di vendita e marketing
- Gestione e sviluppo delle relazioni con i clienti e le agenzie di viaggio, tour operator e tutti i canali di vendita, comprese le OTA, a livello nazionale e internazionale
- Monitoraggio del mercato e analisi della concorrenza
- Organizzazione di eventi e promozioni per attirare nuovi clienti
- Reportistica e analisi dei risultati delle azioni commerciali
Requisiti
- Esperienza pluriennale nelle vendite del segmento degli hotel di lusso (strutture singole o multiple)
- Consolidata rete di relazioni esistente con i principali attori nell’hotellerie di lusso
- Comprovato successo nel raggiungere obiettivi
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Conoscenza del mercato turistico e delle tendenze del settore luxury
- Capacità di analisi dei dati e problem solving
- Creatività e spirito innovativo
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua straniera
- Laurea ad indirizzo turistico/alberghiero o economia aziendale o similari
