Tasks and Qualifications:

What will you do in this role?

Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensuring the client satisfaction and an excellent relationship management with him. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Ensure resource availability and allocation Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the project execution Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project reporting Risk management

What are we looking for?

A Senior candidate with the following features:

Bachelor degree in Engineering field 2/3 years of working experience as IT or SW Project Manager Previously experience also as SW Programmer or Analyst Good technical background in J2EE applications development and framework knowledge (EJB, CDI, JMS and JPA) Good knowledge of the Spring framework (Boot, MVC, JPA, Hibernate) Experience with application servers (JBoss/WildFly, Glassfish) Knowledge of control version systems (CVS, SVN, GIT) and project management tools (Maven, Ant) Skills on Junit or other relevant test frameworks Good knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL) Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Availability to travel (30/40% of the time mainly in Italy) PMP certification is a plus

Nice to have

Previous experience in warehouse logistics and/or industrial automation domains Web services implementation (REST, SOAP, WSDL, …) Virtualization environments (VMWare , Docker, …) Previous experience with agile development (Scrum)
