LA TUA GIORNATA TIPO
  • Guidare, formare e sviluppare un team di almeno persone ed essere il punto di riferimento per altri Manager
  • Gestione commerciale del proprio reparto: analisi dei principali KPI e attività di riordino di grandi volumi di merce
  • Garantire ottimi standard di vendita per un’eccellente customer experience

IL MANAGER CHE STIAMO CERCANDO
  • Determinato a crescere per diventare il nostro Store Manager dei futuri punti vendita in apertura
  • Con esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel mondo Retail/GDO
  • Con esperienza nella gestione, formazione e sviluppo di team
  • Dinamico e proattivo
  • Disponibile al trasferimento sul territorio nazionale – con la possibilità di esprimere una preferenza su almeno 3 regioni nelle quali siamo presenti.
