Per i nostri uffici Corporate, con base Milano , siamo alla ricerca di un/una Corporate   Technical Quality Manager .

Il/la Manager ideale ha maturato una solida esperienza in ambito Qualità, sia presso cantieri Esteri che Italiani, nel mondo Grandi Opere Infrastrutturali.

Principali Attività/Responsabilità

Supporto nella identificazione dei requisiti di qualità e definizione degli obiettivi annuali per la qualità e degli indicatori di monitoraggio dei processi di qualità di Commessa. Collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali Engineering e Operations nella definizione dei metodi di lavoro e nella definizione dei punti di controllo qualità. Diffusione e condivisione dei tools individuati in ambito controllo qualità, assicurandone l’implementazione in tutte le Unità Operative del Gruppo, in collaborazione con i coordinatori QHSE delle varie aree geografiche, nel rispetto delle normative di riferimento, degli standard/capitolati e delle politiche definite. Verifica della implementazione delle metodologie e degli strumenti di controllo qualità anche attraverso la pianificazione e l’esecuzione di audit, in collaborazione con i coordinatori QHSE delle varie aree geografiche, al fine di assicurarne l’adeguatezza e l’effettiva implementazione. Identificazione di azioni di miglioramento continuo del sistema di controllo qualità anche attraverso studi ed analisi di benchmark, con la finalità di formalizzare e capitalizzare, in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali preposte, il know-how acquisito, promuovendo l’adozione delle best practice identificate. Attività di supporto specialistico nell’ambito del controllo qualità presso le Unità Operative di competenza, fornendo assistenza per un’efficace implementazione dei tools individuati. Supporto specialistico nell’ambito del controllo qualità alla fase di Prequalifica e Bidding, in collaborazione con i coordinatori QHSE delle varie aree geografiche, fornendo assistenza per un’efficace individuazione dei tools di controllo qualità da proporre. Partecipazione ad eventi di settore, sviluppo e gestione dei rapporti con le associazioni di categoria ed i referenti in ambito controllo qualità di aziende partners e/o altre aziende. Supporto nell’identificazione di programmi formativi e di iniziative di comunicazione in ambito di Controllo Qualità da implementare presso le Unità Operative.  Supporto specialistico per le tematiche di controllo qualità, promuovendone l’integrazione nel Sistema di Gestione Integrato QHSE.

Competenze Tecniche/Specialistiche e Soft Skills richieste:

Laurea in discipline tecniche (Ingegneria, Architettura, Geologia) 10 anni di esperienza minima nel settore Costruzioni/impiantistica (progettazione, direzione lavori, controllo qualità) Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche costruttive Ottima conoscenza dei processi di controllo qualità e delle tecniche di controllo qualità Ottima conoscenza delle norme ISO 9001 e ISO 19011, delle tecniche di Audit di sistema e di progetto e certificazione di frequenza del corso di 40 ore per auditor/lead auditor sui sistemi di gestione qualità Conoscenza di tecniche statistiche e processi di reporting Modelli ex D. Lgs 231/01 Ottima conoscenza dei principali pacchetti informatici Ottime capacità di analisi e sintesi Completano il profilo una spiccata attitudine ai rapporti interpersonali ed al lavoro di gruppo, orientamento al risultato e flessibilità
