Infotainment Function Developer

Responsibilities Leading the development and implementation of advanced Infotainment System features/functions; Ensuring that the function is aligned with the overall business strategy and goals; Project status reporting in internal and external meetings; Writing Requirements and Functional Specifications; Interfacing with stakeholders to discuss system architecture(s) through workshops and design meetings; Issue tracking and defect analysis; Analyzing and evaluating performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes. Supplier steering and coordination.

Requirements

Key requirements

2-5 years of experience in Linux/Android based product development; Knowledge of Infotainment System Architecture including hardware, software and user interfaces; Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall; Knowledge of software programming languages, such as C, C++, Python, and Java; Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems; Experience with project management tools, such as Jira; Familiarity with GNU/Linux and Android operating systems; Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

Preferential requirements

·Knowledge of operating system concepts, such as process management, memory management, file systems and power management; Familiarity with automotive standard protocols, such as CAN and Ethernet; Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex systems;

Other Informations

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or similar;

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required; knowledge of German would be appreciated;
