On behalf of our client, a well-established Audit firm are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment and is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Audit Manager to join their expanding team at their offices in Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform and Review audits for large companies- ensure planning, execution and completion of audits are in accordance with ISAs and in line with the Firm’s audit methodology Review/preparation of financial statements under IFRSs Review/preparation of client’s tax returns and tax computations Review /preparation of accounting, VAT, VIES reporting Reporting to the Partner regarding status, progress and completion of audits and other assignments Provide high quality client service Responsible for supervising a small team CANDIDATE PROFILE Qualified (ACA or ACCA) & related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree At least 4 years of audit experience Experience with International Clients Good knowledge of Cyprus tax framework Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written Analytical and Organizational skills Trustworthy and responsible person Previous Managerial and Personnel Experience COMPANY BENEFITS Remuneration according to qualifications and experience Provident fund 13th Salary Friday Afternoons off Flexible arrangements Friendly environment and Opportunities for professional learning and growth Due to the high volume of applications we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
