Villa San Michele ricerca per la stagione 2024 una Restaurant Hostess per il servizio lunch & dinner che offra esperienze memorabili ai nostri clienti ed operi secondo gli standard Belmond ed LQA

La risorsa verrà inserita nell'organico in servizio presso i nostri outlet La Loggia fine dining e Ristorante San Michele


Responsabilità:
– Gestione delle prenotazioni telefoniche
– Accoglienza dei clienti al loro arrivo
– Accompagnamento dei clienti al tavolo riservato
– Gestione di eventuali necessità (servizio guardaroba etc.)
– Assistenza nella richiesta di informazioni

Requirements

Requirements:
– Almeno 1 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo in hotel di lusso e/o ristoranti fine dining
– Buone doti comunicative
– Alto livello di intelligenza emotiva: affrontare le sfide con un atteggiamento positivo ed utilizzare le proprie capacità emotive per affrontare le situazioni più complesse
– Ottime doti di Team work
– Determinazione a raggiungere obiettivi
– Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello professionale e preferibilmente di un’ulteriore lingua
– Attenzione al dettaglio
– Capacità di adattamento
– Capacità di gestire situazioni di stress e di mantenere la calma sotto pressione
