DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of contractual documentation
Support to product and project management
Collaborates with Head Office functions for the identification and the implementation of the regulations and laws to be applied to the Italian Branch of the company Support to Sales Team in the design and development of insurance products and on legal and regulatory related assignments or topics (e.g., studies on new guarantees) Prepares supporting documentation related products and projects management Support to Complaints department and Financial Partners on Italian Complaints Management Is responsible for preparing a legal opinion in response to specific ad hoc legal requestsLegal watch and regulation analysis
Organizes and manages the Italian legal watch Supports analysis and comprehension of Italian and European rules and regulations, by:o Analyzing Italian and European regulatory changes
o Aligning with the compliance CACI team on regulatory updates Provides legal support to the departments concerned in case of inspections by the authorities
Management of complaints and litigations
Manages litigations with B2C and B2B customers, in collaboration with dedicated team in Dublin Travel to Paris have to be expected.
