DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI

Nell’ufficio Property di Pepco, il/la Lease Specialist – a diretto riporto dell'Head Of Property - si occupa principalmente della conformità dei contratti di locazione dei negozi e della loro gestione, del monitoraggio dei costi dei contratti di locazione e della preparazione di analisi e report.

  1. Coordina la preparazione dei contratti di locazione e ne verifica la completezza al fine della stipula;
  2. Assicura l'attuazione delle disposizioni previste dal contratto di locazione al fine di garantirne la regolare prosecuzione;
  3. Comunica con il proprietario/locatore in merito alle condizioni del contratto (ad es. fatture, rapporti sul fatturato, penali...);
  4. Monitora i costi associati al contratto di locazione, gestendo il flusso delle fatture, mantenendo un database dei costi, preparando report amministrativi.

TU FAI PER PEPCO SE

  • Hai esperienza di almeno un anno nell’ambito dell’amministrazione real estate;
  • Hai un diploma/laurea in discipline economiche/commerciali;
  • Sai utilizzare in maniera autonoma e proficua Excel e gli altri tool del pacchetto MS Office;
  • Hai mai utilizzato un software di accounting (e.g. Oracle, MS Dynamics);
  • Hai una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (indispensabile).
