Legal Counsel Internship

Summary:

Knauf, multinational in the construction industry researches a Legal Counsel Intern who will be placed within the Finance Department.

Responsibilities

The resource will be engaged in the following activities:

- Managing relationships with external counsel and other professionals representing us for projects;

- Coordinating pre-litigation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters;

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of operational and commercial contracts;

- Advising on a variety of legal issues and business topics to internal stakeholders;

- Advising on legal risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them;

- Establishing, monitoring, and optimizing legal processes, workflows, standards and template.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Law; 

- Fluent in English, oral and written;

- Previous experience in law firms is a plus;

- Knowledge of Office package (especially Excel and Power Point).

- Analytical mindset;

- Be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills;

- Strong communication skills.

Additional Informations

Salary: 700 euro expense refund + transport allowance + Ticket Restaurant
