I principali programmi in cui è previsto l’inserimento sono: Contratti in ambito Difesa.
Il candidato dovrà:
  • Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di programma/progetto, non solo dal punto di vista economico-finanziario e di pianificazione ma anche per quanto riguarda la costruzione ed il consolidamento di un rapporto di fiducia con il Cliente (esterno/interno), garantendo il pieno rispetto degli accordi contrattuali e la qualità dei risultati.
  • Garantire il corretto avanzamento ed il monitoraggio dei progetti nelle fasi di "business execution", interfacciandosi con i vari stakeholders delle altre funzioni aziendali e concordando con il responsabile della linea di Business le eventuali azioni correttive al fine di assicurare il successo del programma/progetto e la soddisfazione del Cliente.
  • Supportare le fasi di "business winning" ed individuare/costruire “opportunità di business”.
  • Gestire progetti e programmi nell'ambito dei contratti della LoB
  • Confrontarsi sugli aspetti funzionali, tecnici e di effort con gli interlocutori di riferimento.
