Webuild S.p.A. per rafforzare la funzione Corporate Development, a riporto del VP Corporate Development, è alla ricerca di un/una Operations Controller Subsidiaries Director, con base Milano + frequenti trasferte, che si occuperà della gestione tecnica ed in maggior parte manageriale, delle Controllate Italia del Gruppo.

Il profilo ideale è un/una Manager ambizioso con forti doti di assertività e leadership, in grado di interfacciarsi con diversi stakeholders, anche C-Levels.

La provenienza da realtà consulenziali fortemente orientate alla Strategia, sarà considerato un requisito preferenziale.

Attività

Attività legate a favorire e supportare le interazioni tra le Società Concessionarie e la Corporate, per garantire l’applicazione delle policy, procedure e linee guida nel rispetto del sistema matriciale del Gruppo. In fase di preparazione dell’offerta, attività di supporto nella valutazione dell’assetto societario più consono all’iniziativa ed alla stesura degli accordi parasociali, condividendo tutte le informazioni economiche, finanziarie, fiscali ed in generale di carattere amministrativo, al fine di favorire la corretta elaborazione del piano economico finanziario della società di progetto. In coordinamento con Corporate Finance, Administration & M&A valutazione della struttura finanziaria più idonea a massimizzare la redditività del progetto Attività di coordinamento nella raccolta dei dati consuntivi e della redazione dei bilanci civilistici nelle tempistiche e modalità previste dal Gruppo, nel rispetto delle autonomie giuridico-contrattuali delle Società Concessionarie di propria competenza. Monitoraggio della corretta rilevazione dei fatti gestionali delle Società Concessionarie curando l’impostazione, la definizione e l’applicazione delle politiche in fase di preparazione del bilancio, la pianificazione finanziaria, nel rispetto delle norme civilistiche e fiscali vigenti nei singoli paesi, assicurando, in collaborazione con i Responsabili AFC delle Società Concessionarie, la certificazione del bilancio e Group Reporting Package da parte degli auditor in loco. A fronte dell’analisi dei dati e delle informazioni raccolte, collaborazione con Concession Department nella definizione delle azioni correttive e/o di miglioramento nella gestione operativa delle Società Concessionarie, al fine di ottenere risultati in linea con le previsioni. Assistenza costante nella gestione delle Società Concessionarie, attraverso la nomina nei vari comitati e organi sociali della stessa di concerto con il Societario ed HR. Monitoraggio della gestione finanziaria delle Società Concessionarie e individuazione delle misure da implementare al fine di assicurare i risultati, in termini di PFN ed indicatori finanziari e patrimoniali definiti per il periodo. Supporto ad Accounting and Tax nell’attività periodica di verifica delle poste contabili nelle Società Concessionarie al fine di redigere correttamente le situazioni finanziarie periodiche ai fini del rispetto dei principi contabili di riferimento (IFRS e Local GAAP).

Requisiti tecnici:

Controllo di Gestione ed analisi finanziaria e dei risultati Conoscenza dei principi IAS/IFRS Conoscenze specifiche gestione dei contratti relativi al mondo delle infrastrutture Conoscenze di project financing Eccellenti doti comunicative sia verbali che scritte Forti doti di assertività e leadership

Laurea in materie economiche / ingegneristiche Conoscenze fluente della lingua inglese, una lingua addizionale rappresenta un nice to have Ottime doti di analisi e presentazioni (Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
