About Four Seasons Hotel Milano:

Welcome to Four Seasons Hotel Milano, a legendary sanctuary within Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda – the luxury fashion district.

Opened in 1993, the Hotel was the company’s second property in Europe. A 15th-century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat, the Hotel’s meticulous restoration subtly incorporates historic references into its timeless style. Fragments of frescoes, a beautiful emblem of the building’s sanctified past, create a meditative backdrop for relaxed elegant interiors with classic architectural flourishes.

The Role of Commis De Rang Room Service:

We currently have an opportunity for a Commis De Rang Room Serviceto join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy

Reporting into the Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, a memorable experience and attention to our guests within the Hotel and at the Room Service Department. Your responsibilities will include:assisting the Demi Chef de Rang, Chef de Rang in clearing of china, glass, and silver as attend to guest needs and requests, cleaning back office, being highly visible in the operation, providing an expertly service experience, according to standards and respecting the Hygiene standards applied in the Room Service as per HACCP system.

Our ideal Commis De Rang Room room Service candidate will have:

Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone bar, restaurant or restaurant groups, preferably in the same position and international experience would be an asset. 

You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences. We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
