FIGURA RICERCATA E CONTESTO
La risorsa selezionata dovrà svolgere alcune giornate di attività promozionale. In particolare le attività saranno:
• Pianificazione strategica degli appuntamenti presso i punti vendita
• Visite presso le farmacie assegnate
• Compilazione di report + feedback qualitativi
L'inserimento sarà presso Adecco Outsourcing, nell'ambito di un importante appalto di servizi di marketing, in favore di una delle principali maison del settore dermocosmetico.
La risorsa verrà formata e inserita in un team con l'obiettivo di diffondere la conoscenza e vendita dei prodotti assegnati.

REQUISITI
• Passione per il mondo skincare e make up
• Esperienza di almeno 1 anno come sell out specialist nel canale farmacia e/o presso profumerie e centri estetici (la qualifica da estetista rappresenta un plus)
• Forte orientamento all'obiettivo
• Capacità di negoziazione
• Lessico e standing appropriato al canale
• Automunita/o
• E' fondamentale la disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio regionale e la flessibilità operativa
