Per il nostro Head Quarter mondiale di Agrate B.za siamo alla ricerca di un/a stagista da inserire a supporto dell'ufficio legale internazionale.

Responsabilità Principali :

Attività di redazione e revisione dei contratti : redazione e revisione di contratti di stakeholder interni ed esterni, sia in italiano che in inglese. Gestione delle attività legate alla compliance societaria : attività di controllo sulle tematiche legate alla compliance societaria rispetto a contratti, privacy, modelli etc. Supporto alla gestione dei rapporti esterni : sviluppare e mantenere i rapporti creati con assicurazioni, istituti esterni etc. Supporto al coordinamento dei legali esterni : supportare le figure senior nel coordinamento dei legali di studi esterni nell’ambito dei conteziosi della società.

Requisiti :

Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Scienze dei Servizi Giuridici Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e gestione del tempo Capacità di lavorare in team Spiccata proattività e voglia di mettersi in gioco Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
