Entrando nella nostra realtà avrai la possibilità di lavorare in punti vendita con un team di circa colleghi, una superficie media di 4. mq e un gruppo manageriale di almeno colleghi.
LA TUA GIORNATA TIPO
- Guidare, formare e sviluppare un team di almeno persone ed essere il punto di riferimento per altri Manager
- Gestione commerciale del proprio reparto: analisi dei principali KPI e attività di riordino di grandi volumi di merce
- Garantire ottimi standard di vendita per un’eccellente customer experience

- Verrai inserito/a con un inquadramento al 2° livello del CCNL del Commercio - Distribuzione e Servizi
- Offriamo una RAL a partire da K con possibilità di adeguamento in base all'esperienza maturata

- Garantiamo una formazione costante che parte dall’induction e che continua durante il tuo percorso d'inserimento e crescita
- Gestirai team numerosi e volumi di merce unici nel Retail

- Ci impegniamo a garantire il tuo work-life balance con una settimana lavorativa di 5 giorni
IL MANAGER CHE STIAMO CERCANDO
- Determinato a crescere per diventare il nostro Store Manager dei futuri punti vendita in apertura
- Con esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel mondo Retail/GDO
- Con esperienza nella gestione, formazione e sviluppo di team
- Dinamico e proattivo
- Disponibile al trasferimento sul territorio nazionale – con la possibilità di esprimere una preferenza su almeno 3 regioni nelle quali siamo presenti.

Per questo Primark supporterà economicamente i tuoi trasferimenti fin dall'assunzione, con una specifica policy d'affitto che prevede un contributo fino ad un massimo di 1.€ lordi mensili per una durata fino a mesi.
Inoltre, riceverai un rimborso per specifiche spese che sosterrai durante il tuo trasferimento.
