Main Activities, Tasks and Responsibilities
- Contribute to ensure alignment between Business strategy and the Procurement strategy
- Issuing clear Requests for Quotation of different CMOs or Direct Materials' Suppliers in any process or project
- Contribute to solve potential single-source topics by proposing appropriate risk plan
- Assess Procurement audit at CMOs and Direct Materials' Suppliers.
- Support on preparation, definition and issuing of standard contracts
- Ensure orders commissioning, expediting and lead time optimization
- Cooperate to the definition of savings objectives and their achievement by mean of driving the commercial and contract negotiations with CMO or Direct Materials' Suppliers involved
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal stakeholders by providing quality and timely Procurement services and assistance.
- Ensure a continuous monitoring of CMO and Direct Materials' Suppliers by mean of typical market tools (i.e.: web data base, exhibition visits, congresses, etc.).
- Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationship with CMO's and Direct Materials' Suppliers by mean of a structured meeting system (Business Review Meetings) and KPIs collection.

Requirements
- Degree: BS Engineering Management, MS Pharma Manufacturing Engineering, or Finance, or equivalent background
- Good experience in Industrial Procurement Organizations,
- Good negotiation and influencing skills to be able to convince relevant stakeholders
- A hands-on team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills

Location: Milano (linea M2)
Working hours: 9.00-18.00 Mon-Fri + smart working
