La risorsa selezionata, riportando direttamente al Direttore Commerciale, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Seguire i processi di recruitment end-to-end per l'implementazione di consulenti assicurativi, dalle campagne marketing, fino alla fase successiva all'inserimento;
- Implementare i processi di Recruitment;
- Supportare attivamente le fasi di colloquio;
- Seguire l'agenda settimanale di organizzazione del lavoro prestabilita;
- Partecipare alle fasi di assunzione candidati, fiere, eventi, forums ed open days (employer branding);
- Eseguire e presentare report con frequenza giornaliera, settimanale e mensile;
- Gestire le routine amministrative legate alle assunzioni ed alla fase di onboarding;
- Collaborare con il team, implementando processi strutturati e mantenendo una comunicazione diretta e chiara, fornendo feedback quando necessario.
Il/La candidato/a ideale presenta i seguenti requisiti:
- Esperienza diretta nel ramo recruiting, con preferenza in ambito Assicurativo;
- Spiccate capacità organizzative;
- Competenze relazionali efficaci tali da potersi relazionare con le diversi componenti aziendali conseguendo l'obiettivo in un'ottica di coinvolgimento e partecipazione reciproca;
- Accuratezza e precisione;
- Dimistichezza nell'uso dei gestionali e del pacchetto Office.
