Youll be part of the Interactive Teamwith the mission to create a seamless and highly efficient enterprise digital client journey across all segments by leading with innovation, efficiency, and superior customer experience.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Support the creation and management of Digital Media Acquisition Campaigns and identify new business opportunities. Work closely with the main external Partners for day-by-day activities (content creation, campaign setup and optimization, a/b test, monitoring). Monitoring and optimization of the performances to drive traffic on digital acquisition pages and generate leads. Analyze data to identify and recommend improvements to the Media or Creative agency. Execute insights & prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders in excel and PowerPoint.

Skills & Experience Required

2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Media Knowledge of the main digital lever (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Retargeting and Social) Undergraduate or Graduate Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills Good level of Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in Italian and English Team working Youre able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems.
