​La risorsa ricercata sarà inserita nella Business Unit Marketing & Product e svolgerà le seguenti attività:

Raccolta, definizione e analisi dei requisiti funzionali per la progettazione dei customer journeys e dei flows di comunicazione

Gestione e Ottimizzazione di Campagne Multicanale utilizzando piattaforme di marketing automation (e-mail, SMS, push notification), integrando segmentazione avanzata dei clienti per l’invio di comunicazioni personalizzate

Analisi dei dati per ottimizzare l’engagement e il ROI

Impostazione e creazione della governance dei dati del cliente per garantire la coerenza delle informazioni tra diversi sistemi e canali

Fornire supporto tecnico ai team di marketing per garantire il corretto utilizzo delle soluzioni tecnologiche

Analisi e ottimizzazione UX/UI collaborando con i team IT e Design per migliorare l’esperienza dell’utente

Laurea in IT/Economia/Ingegneria Gestionale o settori affini

2 -3 anni di esperienza preferibilmente maturati in società di consulenza, digital agency o su brand con ruolo analogo

Ottime capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione

Ottime capacità di analisi, calcolo tecnico/economico e problem solving

Eccellente padronanza di Excel e Power point

Esperienza diretta su piattaforma di marketing Automation e di AB/Testin

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
