Main activities

The resource will be inserted directly reporting to the CEO and will play a technical-managerial role and effective coordination of orders, bringing the best practices and the most significant experiences directly gained in organizationally advanced and sector-leading realities, improving current processes and procedures, in compliance with HSE and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Fundamentals/Must haves

Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification, preferably with specialization in thermotechnics and/or thermo-hydraulics; Ability to interface with demanding external customers to solve the typical problems of a plant engineering contract in the HVAC field; Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; ease of relationship with colleagues Function managers (Commercial, Purchasing, Design, New systems, Maintenance, Administration, etc.) Many years of experience in the role


Preferential/Nice to have

Attendance of specialization courses in both technical and managerial subjects, specific and/or preparatory to the role; Analytical skills, aptitude for synthesis, problem solving

Team building skills, high organizational capacity and the habit of making decisions based on priorities and an overall vision
