La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Analisi e gestione delle posizioni
  • Negoziazione e raggiungimento di un accordo con la controparte
  • Collaborazione con legali esterni dando impulso alle attività
  • Applicare la strategia legale secondo le indicazioni dell'azienda
  • Partecipazioni ad eventuali due diligence per la valutazione di portafogli di crediti



Requisiti:

  • Laurea in discipline economiche o giuridiche;
  • 3-5 anni di esperienza pregressa nel ruolo;
  • Capacità di negoziazione;
  • Buone doti comunicative;
  • Buona conoscenza delle procedure di recupero giudiziario dei crediti;
  • Problem solving;
  • Buone doti organizzative;
  • Orientamento al lavoro in Team.
