The team

La Risorsa, membro del team Real Estate, in ambito Project Management sarà responsabile della gestione dei progetti di sviluppo, adeguamento e manutenzione degli immobili di Logista Italia che le verranno assegnati, nel rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità attesi. Supporterà inoltre il team nelle attività di Property Management ordinarie, quali a titolo esemplificativo: monitoraggio ed esecuzione delle attività volte al mantenimento delle certificazioni normative conseguite, gestione dei rapporti con i Landlord per monitoraggio attività di competenza, monitoraggio e rendicontazione dei costi ricorrenti della funzione. 

Your role

Gestire i progetti di sviluppo immobiliare assegnati, nel rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità, in linea con gli obiettivi e la strategia aziendale e coi i contratti in essere con Landlord e fornitori Predisporre accurate pianificazioni di budget e tempi end to end di progetti dall’analisi di fattibilità, all’esecuzione, alle chiusure del progetto Applicare in maniera efficace l’approccio del Project Management e stimolarne l’adozione strutturata sia all’interno della propria unità organizzativa che nelle funzioni organizzative coinvolte nei processi comuni Attribuire, nell’ambito dei progetti gestiti, compiti e responsabilità per i diversi task agli stakholder coinvolti nel progetto, monitorando poi con approccio proattivo e ingaggiante l’avanzamento delle attività Supervisionare le attività di manutenzione legate alla gestione del patrimonio immobiliare di Logista Italia, nel rispetto del contratto con il fornitore, fornendo supporto attivo al Network Applicare un approccio di miglioramento continuo in relazione alle attività ricorrenti specifiche della funzione, nonchè propositivo in relazione a nuovi progetti di innovazione al fine di apportare valore aggiunto all’azienda Predisporre e gestire i documenti interni necessari allo svolgimento delle attività del dipartimento (richieste di acquisto, richieste di investimento, percorsi approvativi in generale) Preparare la reportistica per la rappresentazione dei progetti o dei risultati ottenuti dal dipartimento Gestire i progetti di sviluppo immobiliare assegnati, nel rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità, in linea con gli obiettivi e la strategia aziendale e coi i contratti in essere con Landlord e fornitori Predisporre accurate pianificazioni di budget e tempi end to end di progetti dall’analisi di fattibilità, all’esecuzione, alle chiusure del progetto Applicare in maniera efficace l’approccio del Project Management e stimolarne l’adozione strutturata sia all’interno della propria unità organizzativa che nelle funzioni organizzative coinvolte nei processi comuni

Requirements

Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria, preferibilmente indirizzo Civile o Ambiente e Territorio o Laurea in Architettura 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi in ambito del Real Estate; Track record in progetti di avvio di piattaforme logistiche e/o commerciali Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, spagnolo sarà considerato un plus Consolidata esperienza di Project Management in ambito Real Estate, la certificazione PMP® è un plus. Conoscenza delle principali normative di carattere tecnico in ambito edile ed impiantistico, a partire dal Testo Unico per l’edilizia Competenze in ambito riqualificazione energetica e sostenibilità sono un plus Conoscenza Pacchetto Office e Autocad, MS Project come plus La conoscenza di MS Project è un plus
