Sei il nostro candidato ideale se:

Hai una laurea in ingegneria Gestionale, Giurisprudenza o Economia. Hai ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione. Ti piace lavorare in squadra e sai gestire relazioni con vari interlocutori interni ed esterni. Hai una conoscenza base delle dinamiche contrattuali e legali. Ti interessa il settore degli acquisti/procurement.

Di cosa ti occuperai:

Identificazione e Qualifica dei Fornitori

Identificare fornitori qualificati per soddisfare le esigenze della società in termini di servizi generali, IT, gestione uffici, parco auto, e consulenze. Monitorare costantemente il mercato per identificare nuove opportunità e tendenze nei fornitori e nei servizi.

Negoziazione Contrattuale

Condurre negoziazioni contrattuali per ottenere le migliori condizioni di prezzo, termini e condizioni. Assicurare la conformità ai requisiti normativi, compresa la sicurezza dei dati e la protezione della privacy.

Gestione e Monitoraggio dei Contratti

Gestire e monitorare i contratti esistenti, garantendo il rispetto degli accordi e la massimizzazione del valore. Fornire report periodici sulle prestazioni, le spese e le tendenze del settore.

Collaborazione con i Dipartimenti Interni

Gestione di tutte le categorie merceologiche necessarie all'azienda (uffici, auto, .
