THE CHALLENGE OF A "SENIOR IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR" AT PLANETEK ITALIA.

As a SENIOR IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR, you will be part of a team dedicated to managing corporate IT systems and reporting directly to the IT Manager. In the role of IT System Administrator, you will collaborate in managing the IT infrastructure of the entire Planetek group, located in Italy and abroad.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

manage server and client systems; handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment and systems, both hardware and software, ensuring their operation and providing technical support in case of failures or malfunctions; manage network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, SIP devices) to ensure the regular and efficient functioning of data and voice connectivity; implement information security strategies from a systems perspective; perform detection, management, and monitoring of all activities related to the correct application of company IT policies; keep documents related to security, quality, and privacy within your area of action constantly updated; perform analysis, testing, and diagnostics to verify the efficiency of the IT infrastructure and identify any errors; provide users with the necessary training for the correct use of the systems; manage technical relationships with all company stakeholders (internal and external) concerning IT technical support activities•provide users with the necessary training for the correct use of the systems; manage technical relationships with all company stakeholders (internal and external) concerning IT technical support activities.

YOUR BACKGROUND
You have a technical background - secondary school diploma or technical degree - and you have proven experience in the role, gained in recent periods in companies, preferably of medium-large level and size and with high organizational complexity, or in leading consultancy firms informatics.

You already own:

Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, workstations, SAN, NAS, FC switches, Ethernet switches, UPS, network printers, VOIP telephony devices, etc.) Skills in managing the most common client and server operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac) Skills in managing client and server virtualization environments, RDBMS, Web/Application Servers, Active Directory services, backup and disaster recovery systems, PBX VOIP, security management systems, and centralized endpoint patching Skills in managing the most common mail servers and document collaboration systems• Skills in managing the most common client and server Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Mac) Skills in managing mail servers and the most common document collaboration systems. Mastery of Italian and English languages.

Your additional skills:

ability to relate to users and ability to manage and understand needs; organizational skills; ability to plan and execute activities, respecting agreed objectives and deadlines spirit of initiative and operational autonomy; ability to work in a team and in an integrated way with the other corporate functions; proactivity and aptitude for problem-solving; self-control and stress management; you have a car and preferably reside in Bari and its surroundings.
