What You'll Be Doing:

As a Content Moderator, your daily tasks will include:

  • Reviewing and moderating user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure it aligns with community guidelines.
  • Responding to user queries and concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve our moderation processes.
  • Reporting any issues or trends to senior moderators.

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).
  • Basic understanding of English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
