La risorsa ricercata, inserita in team di quattro risorse, si occuperà di seguire i processi di integrazione e analisi tra l'erp interno, i dipartimentali e l'infrastruttura, gestita da un team di collaboratori.

La risorsa con competenze ibride tra parte applicativa (ERP) e infrastrutturale, avrà il compito di far comunicare le due aree aziendali rispetto alle modifiche da implementare e, nello specifico, si occuperà di:

  • Configurare, testare e implementare nuove funzionalità o miglioramenti dei software dipartimentali;
  • Mantenere la documentazione del sistema aggiornata, comprese le procedure operative standard e le linee guida per gli utenti
  • Monitorare le performance del sistema e apportare le necessarie ottimizzazioni;
  • Collaborare con i fornitori di ERP per risolvere problemi complessi o implementare aggiornamenti;
  • Partecipare a progetti di migrazione e integrazione dei dati.

La figura ricercata è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Informatica o Gestionale o campo affine;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo;
  • Conoscenza del linguaggio SQL e dei tool di Office Automation;
  • Conoscenza approfondita di un CRM, preferibilmente SALESFORCE;
  • Conoscenza approfondita di una BI, preferibilmente QLIK;
  • Conoscenza approfondita di un Documentale, preferibilmente ARXIVAR;
  • Conoscenza di un WMS;
  • Conoscenza di sistemi ERP e integrazione con l'infrastruttura IT;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team.
