Dealer Coach

Professional Solutions, an Adecco Group company and specialist in creating solutions and managing Outsourcing services, operates nationwide in two main areas: Field Marketing and Operations. We are looking for highly motivated individuals for the role of:

Dealer Coach (German Language)

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and service standards of the technical support team in claims processing.

Activities:

- Kick-off: program presentation;

- Implement Builder's Standards and Processes;

- Back-office activities

- Identify and monitor KPIs Used;

- Highlight and share in a reasoned manner strengths/weaknesses as well as axes;

- Dealer Improvement Analysis (SWOT Analysis);

- Develop a periodic action plan and monitor implementation.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry.

- Mandatory knowledge of German and English language (at least B2).

- Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components).

- Knowledge of technical documentation.

- Coaching experience on Used Car at manufacturer or dealership

- Good command of Office Package (Excel in particular)

- Customer Orientation

- Willingness to travel frequently

- Good interpersonal skills
