Responsibilities:

  • Tracking outstanding debts, locating and contacting debtors;
  • Create and implement debt collection courses of action, negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans;
  • Handle customers questions or complaints;
  • Update account status and balances regularly;
  • Comply with legal requirements in cooperation with German local colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English or fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Previous experience as credit collector is a plus;
  • Experience in working with tight deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good negotiation skills and team player;
  • Good time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
