Activities of the HR Services Coordinator Italy

Our HRService Coordinator will be solely responsible for the entire payroll cycle andall activities related to the personnel administration and in particular he/shewill:

·Ensure the correct administration andcontractual matters relating to employees (full & part time), interns, jocworkers ensuring compliance with labour law provisions;

·Independently manage on-call staff and relateddocumentation;

·Ensure all employees are properly registered onZucchetti;

·Ensure that each employee’s folder is updatedand complete with contractual documents;

·Check the monthly attendance of employees;

·Supervise and manage the processes aimed atdrawing up payroll in order to ensure the correct calculation of remunerationand timely payment, collaborating with an external labour consultant;

·Be the first point of contact for the Financedepartment in terms of monthly, quarterly and annual reports;

·Manage benefits such as company insurance,supplementary pension schemes, ticket restaurant and any changes to theapplicable CCNL;

·Being the first point of contact for matterswithin his/her competence for colleagues, HoDs and General Managers;

As HR Services Coordinator Italy you will become part of ateam that is passionate about providing a precise, punctual and efficientservice, where we believe anything is possible and we enjoy everything we do

The qualities we are looking for

·Flexibility and a positive Yes I Can attitude;

·Experience as HR Generalist/Coordinator preferablygained in a dynamic multi-facility hospitality, retail environment orequivalent;

·Skills in labour law, taxation and collectiveagreements;

·Attention to detail;

·Creativity in problem solving;

·Ability to work in a team and strongcommunication skills;

·Good knowledge of Italian and English;

·Nice to have: knowledge of Zucchetti.
