DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI?

Il candidato/a verrà inserito a supporto del Construction Manager e si occuperà di:

  • project management su commesse riguardanti costruzione nuovi impianti ad energia rinnovabile multi megawatt (non Direzione Lavori e non Site Management);
  • gestione e raffronto tecnico con progettisti esterni, fornitori, appaltatori;
  • garantire un’efficace gestione delle commesse a livello tecnico ed economico-finanziario;
  • verificare periodicamente lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori, la qualità degli stessi, il rispetto delle prescrizioni dettate in fase autorizzativa, delle tempistiche e dei costi preventivati, assicurando la predisposizione di adeguata reportistica;
  • controllo e stesura SAL con gestione del budget di commessa;
  • contabilità industriale opere per SAL (con Primus, excel, ecc..).





COSA RICHIEDIAMO:


Istruzione:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica/Elettrotecnica (preferibile).


Competenze tecniche:

  • 5+ anni di esperienza in ambito permitting/construction in società nelle energie rinnovabili;
  • Ambito “Legal”: aver affrontato e vissuto tematiche attinenti ad acquisizione Diritti Reali (servitù di cavidotto, di passaggio, diritti di superficie), e/o espropri.
  • Ambito “Tecnico”: analisi e verifica di documentazione tecnico/progettuale. Ergo intendere della componentistica: inverters, pannelli, aerogeneratori e cabine elettriche MT.
  • Ambito “Budget”: redazione ed aggiornamento di Budget di commessa, nonché cronogramma (plus se sai usare bene il Microsoft Project).
  • Ambito “Procurement”: contratti di appalto di fornitura (pannelli, inverters, strutture di montaggio, aerogeneratori) e di realizzazione opere (contratti EPC) e di manutenzione (O&M – Operation & Maintenance).
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1).


Abilità e caratteristiche personali:

  • patente B;
  • persona ordinata e precisa;
  • disponibilità a frequenti ma brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale;
  • capacità di lavorare in gruppo e carattere socievole;
  • domicilio a Mestre o disponibilità al trasferimento.
