Laurea in Ingegneria Laurea in Ingegneria dei Materiali o Meccanica o Perito Meccanico Fondamentale conoscenza tecnica dei processi; Conoscenza strumenti di miglioramento continuo e lean manufacturing; Competenza nell’esecuzione ed interpretazione di analisi di laboratorio (metallografie, prove di durezza); Conoscenza dei principali processi di deformazione a freddo (laminazione, trafilatura, stampaggio). Precedente esperienza nell’ambito dell’orologeria e/o della gioielleria sarà considerato un plus Doti relazionali spiccateSe sì, candidati per questa posizione
Principali responsabilità:
Garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività di produzione, contribuire alla gestione/acquisto del materiale del reparto. Collaborare attivamente a progetti di introduzione di nuovi macchinari, nuove tecnologie produttive e di industrializzazione nuovi prodotti; Essere riferimento tecnico per le attività produttive del reparto attraverso la competenza sui cicli di produzione e sulla gestione dei processi. Partecipare ai progetti trasversali relativi alla realizzazione dei primi esemplari di un nuovo prodotto, collaborando con UT Centrale; Analizzare i dati di Qualità in collaborazione con Ente Qualità centrale per gestire il processo di miglioramento continuo di prodotto processo Creare e aggiornare le schede di qualità - prodotto Lavorare con UT centrale per definizione del Prodotto e Processo alla ricerca dell’ottimizzazione dei costi Aspp come supporto alla parte Safety (Gestire infortuni/near miss, Gestire piani azione Safety Walk,...) Gestire progetti di miglioramento continuo per ridurre sprechi e inefficienze Gestire le manutenzioni periodiche e straordinarie dei macchinari in atelier Analizzare le possibili problematiche di qualità e sviluppare strategie risolutiveIl processo di selezione:
