Your mission is to drive digital transformation and innovation within the organization, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and best practices to deliver value to the business. This role will report to the Business Controller and must perform high level professionally work. He/she will play a key role in the company's results by leading IT related projects and contributing to business processes digitalization in the company. You will work in an international environment and will have exposure to senior management.

Key responsibilities

Understand the business processes, bring initiatives and kick-off ideas to digitalize the companyBring increased transparancy in the company by enabling data viewsLead and manage IT projects from initiation to closureDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project successCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholdersEnsure project deliverables meet quality standardsCollaborate with our centralized IT departments to identify best possible solutionsProvide third level support on the ERP systemAct as back-up for hardware related supportPlay a key role in the upcoming implementation of SAP in the product company

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent by experienceStrong knowledge of SQL and one or more business intelligence tools (PowerBI and/or others)Able to read and write programming languageKnowledge of RPA technologyExperience with ERP implementations and/or supportExperience with business process analysis and improvementsExperience with (IT) project managementExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsEntrepreneurial spirit and cost conscious mind-set

Where will you be located?

You will be working in Italy, Turin Area, splitting you time between the Product Company premises in Robassomero and the Distribution Center offices in Turin.
