RINA is currently recruiting for a Refineries Projects Planning & Cost Controller  to join its office in Rozzanowithin the Energy Project Solutions Division.

Key Accountabilities

Il Cost Controller deve assicurare nelle varie fasi del progetto il controllo dei ricavi e dei costi rispetto ai preventivi iniziali e fornire costantemente la più aggiornata e documentata previsione a finire di tali ricavi e costi. In particolare, deve assicurare le seguenti attività:

-) Elaborare le procedure di Controllo Costi richieste dal progetto

-) Elaborare il Control Budget sulla base del Budget Commerciale e revisionarlo opportunamente durante la fase esecutiva del progetto

-) Assicurare, nella fase iniziale del progetto, l’implementazione dei sistemi di controllo costi adottati nella sede centrale della COMMITTENTE e/o presso le Branch o altre sedi Italiane o Estere e mantenere detti sistemi operativi per tutta la durata del servizio

-) Nelle varie fasi del progetto (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction e / o quant'altro richiesto), assicurare e verificare la corretta gestione dei parametri chiave del Controllo Costi (Committed, ETC, Forecast), relative analisi degli scostamenti, proporre eventuali azioni di mitigazione.

-) Analizzare l’eventuale impatto che un aumento dei costi in un’area di lavoro può avere in cascata sulle altre aree.

-) In collaborazione con i Tecnici tenere sotto controllo le quantità, e di conseguenza i costi, delle eventuali variazioni intervenute in cantiere relative agli appalti (contabilità preventiva), informando il Rappresentante della COMMITTENTE nel caso di incrementi allo Scopo del Lavoro. -) Supportare il progetto, assieme al Risk Manager, nella gestione della Risk Analysis.

-) Supportare la valutazione dei Change Orders chiesti dal Cliente/ COMMITTENTE, degli Extra Works, di eventuali Claims dei Sub-Contrattori, dei Fornitori e/o assicurativi.

-) Raccogliere un insieme di dati relativi a: personale, presenza fornitori, acquisti di cantiere, trasporti locali, costi connessi alla logistica (TCF), costi di funzionamento di cantiere (FRC).

-) Supportare il progetto, assieme al Risk Manager, nella gestione della Risk Analysis. -) Preparazione del Cost Control Report (PRISM) con relative qualifiche e analisi delle varianze.

-) Preparazione eventuali Note di Addebito con i relativi documenti di supporto.

-) Preparazione del piano incassi / esborsi di progetto (Cash-Flow). -) Supportare la valutazione dei Change Orders chiesti dal Cliente/ COMMITTENTE, degli Extra Works, di eventuali Claims dei Sub-contractors.
