Il/La candidato/a ideale, inserito in un team di 10 persone e a diretto riporto del Billing Manager, si occuperà in autonomia delle seguenti attività:

  • Redazione delle fatture provvisorie e convalida delle fatture finali;
  • Attività di analisi e revisione dei dati per processare la fattura;
  • Note di credito;
  • Fatturazione elettronica;
  • Registrazione dei pagamenti;
  • Verifica dei timesheet e preparazione di report;
  • Riconciliazioni bancarie.

La persona ideale, Laureata in Economia o Diplomata in Ragioneria, ha maturato un'esperienza pregressa nel ciclo attivo/ fatturazione di ameno 2 anni, idealmente presso Studi Legali.

E' necessaria una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per contatti con referenti esteri, principalmente scritti e del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.

Completano il profilo autonomia, problem solving, ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro di team.

Si offre un ingresso a tempo indeterminato, retribuzione ed inquadramento saranno commisurate al livello di esperienza pregressa e di autonomia nel ruolo.

Smart working 1 giorno a settimana.
