Your opportunity
Sarai inserito/a come Facility Specialist all’interno del team Facility, con focus nell’area Maintenance & Construction, presso la sede di Bottega Veneta a Montebello Vicentino (VI) e supporterai il team nello svolgimento di queste attività.
How you will contribute
Gestione interventi di manutenzione ordinaria/straordinaria e ticketing, tramite utilizzo di tool gestionale e relativa supervisione dei lavori in loco;
Richiesta e valutazione preventivi/offerte relativi all'esecuzione degli interventi manutentivi, con successiva gestione del processo di conferma d'ordine, caricamento della commessa su software gestionale, chiusura dell'ordine ed emissione pagamento.
Pianificazione delle attività manutentive, tramite l'attivazione di fornitori esterni, general contractor, ecc., compreso il controllo e la verifica dei lavori svolti, compresa l'attività di supporto al team HSE per audit SA8000/ISO 45001
Coordinamento con i Servizi Generali per la gestione di richieste ordinarie e straordinarie, organizzazione di eventi, ecc.
Supporto al monitoraggio del budget (Capex/Opex) e della tempistica necessaria all'esecuzione dei lavori
Gestione e sviluppo di progetti construction/relayout di spazi esistenti a livello edile ed impiantistico
Who you are?
Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria Civile/Edile oppure Diploma in Geometra e/o Perito Industriale;
Gradita esperienza di almeno 1 – 3 anni in realtà industriali e/o aziende impiantistiche;
Buona conoscenza di Autocad e del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel , PowerPoint)
Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro e precisione;
Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e buone doti comunicative;
Disponibilità a frequente mobilità nei siti di Bottega Veneta.
