DescrizioneIren Mercato S.p.A. è la Società del Gruppo Iren di vendita di energia elettrica, gas e calore per il teleriscaldamento.La persona che stiamo cercando si occuperà, all’interno del team dedicato, di seguire end-to-end i needs della clientela Business del gruppo in ambito energy e idrico, mettendo il bisogno e la customer experience del cliente al centro della propria azione quotidiana.In particolare si occuperà di:•gestione dei processi di post-sales, interfacciandosi anche altre strutture aziendali;•monitoraggio dei KPI normativi e aziendali e reportistica;•presidio operativo di tutti gli step del workflow in carico alla struttura;•verifica e supporto delle attività in outsourcing;•analisi delle procedure finalizzate al loro efficientamento;•collaborazione nella stesura dei requisiti di sviluppo dei software in uso e partecipazione a sessioni User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
