In this vital role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless export experiences for our valued customers. You'll leverage on your strong communication and problem-solving skills to:
Champion Customer Success: Build strong relationships with export customers, proactively address inquiries, and consistently deliver high-quality service to meet or exceed satisfaction goals. Navigate the Booking & Bill of Lading Process: Expertly manage the booking and bill of lading acceptance process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Embrace Continuous Improvement: Be an active contributor to department improvement initiatives, helping us streamline processes and optimize performance. Thrive in Transformation: As ONE Italy undergoes digital transformation, you'll have the opportunity to learn, adapt, and contribute to shaping the future of our customer service function.REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES
You have preferably 2 years of experience in shipping or a related field. You possess a strong customer focus and a genuine desire to exceed expectations. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are important. Problem-solving with a proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach. Teamwork is key, so you collaborate effectively with colleagues and internal teams.WHY US?
