LivaNova è alla ricerca di un* Automation Engineer PLC da inserire in area Operations nello stabilimento di Mirandola (MO).

La risorsa avrà l’opportunità di entrare in contatto con un contesto multinazionale innovativo nell’industria biomedicale. LivaNova, con 3000 persone in più di 100 paesi, è azienda leader nella produzione di equipment e disposables biomedicali per l’area Cardiopolmonare.

L'Automation Engineer progetta e prepara le attrezzature in collaborazione con il supervisore di Automazione. Controlla l'installazione, le modifiche e l'aggiornamento delle stesse e mantiene aggiornati i documenti relativi alla produzione tecnica osservando le procedure di sicurezza. Studia le loro performance e la loro affidabilita'. Definisce programmi e soluzioni per i problemi relativi alle attrezzature che hanno un impatto sul processo di produzione. Offre supporto tecnico per il dipartimento di Operations.

Principali Responsabilità:

Esegue il disegno delle attrezzature sulla base delle specifiche ricevute Compila il capitolato tecnico Progetta la parte meccanica, pneumatica, idraulica ed elettrica della macchina a seconda della propria specializzazione Collabora con aziende esterne per la produzione di attrezzature e macchinari, ne gestisce gli step di controllo, prospetto ed esecuzione; Segue i test sperimentali sul processo e sul prodotto; Assicura l'Installation Qualification (IQ); Supporta il dipartimento di Process Engineering per l'Operational Qualification (O.Q.); Prepara il manuale operativo per le attrezzature; Garantisce la preparazione del Device Master Record e la compliance della documentazione CE;

Requisiti:

Laurea in Ingegneria o Diploma tecnico. Minimo 3 anni di esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo Conoscenza del pacchetto Office con particolare focus su Office Automation Conoscenza principi Software validation Conoscenza sistema disegno Autocad/SPAC Conoscenza piattaforma Siemens (step7, Tia portal) - Conoscenza SCADA e Data Base (SQL server) Programmazione PC in Visual Basic e Dot. Net Programmazione PLC Siemens Step7, Tia portal Conoscenze Harwdare elettronico integrato in macchine automatiche
