Il nostro negozio di Nichelino sta ricercando un/a Responsabile di Reparto per accompagnare la squadra del reparto Mobile.

Il Responsabile di Reparto ha un ruolo strategico: è l'ambasciatore/trice della nostra offerta Mobile, partecipando allo sviluppo delle vendite e consigliando/valorizzando i nostri servizi ai clienti. .

Le tue missioni:

Accogliere calorosamente, accompagnare e fidelizzare i nostri clienti durante la loro esperienza di acquisto; Offrire una consulenza tecnica sull'offerta Mobile Presentare i servizi Maisons du Monde (Rhinov, Consegna prodotti, Finanziamento ecc.); Seguire le pratiche clienti (preventivi, post vendita, ecc..) Monitorare quotidianamente gli indicatori di vendita individuali/collettivi ed il fatturato per raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali del negozio; Partecipare alla corretta tenuta del reparto mobile (rifornimento ed allestimento rispettando le linee guida visual del marchio); Animazione, coaching e accompagnamento della squadra vendita.

Profilo : 

Venditore/trice esperto/a (minimo 3 anni di esperienza nella vendita) con idealmente una prima missione nella gestione di un team; Esemplarità, implicazione ed impegno; Passione per la vendita e per la relazione con il cliente; Motivazione, flessibilità, lavoro di squadra; Convidi i nostri valori di Ottimismo, Creatività, Impegno e Vicinanza; Ami le sfide e desideri crescere in un contesto in continua evoluzione.
