We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator and Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting in various tasks to optimize efficiency within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Manage office operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.

- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.

- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

- Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments.

- Help in organizing events, both internal and external, as required.

- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Coordinate projects related to office renovations and improvements.

- Assist in tracking and recording financial expenses for the site and leadership team.

- Manage guest facility access, tracking, and greeting. 

- Coordinate receipt and delivery of parcel for the facility.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.

- Proficiency in office management software and MS Office applications.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Knowledge of basic HR processes is a plus.

- High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a bonus.
