Jefferson Wells is looking for MSL - Nephrology (Rare Diseases) on behalf of a multinational company.

Territory:
- South Italy: Campania, Calabria e Basilicata

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Represent Medical Affairs externally to establish and maintain medical relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), HCPs and key accounts on behalf of the Company.
  2. Execute country medical plans locally by representing the medical expertise in TAs and products and through scientific engagement with the medical community.
  3. Provide disease state education, medical information and research support.
  4. Share any relevant scientific insights from medical community with MSL lead.
  5. Train colleagues internally, all in accordance with global and local compliance and regulations.
  6. Develop and maintain scientific and medical expertise (TAs and products).
  7. Identify, develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs and professional organisations.
  8. KOL engagement, key account medical support, training and other appropriate activities.
  9. Facilitate scientific engagement, scientific exchange and medical information.
  10. Provide Disease State Education, clinical presentations and respond to medical requests.
  11. Update medical team and other internal stakeholders on medical community interactions.
  12. Provide medical support for patient and formulary access products following global and local policies and procedures.
  13. Support the development, implementation and completion of medical activities (advisory boards, congress symposia, hospital meetings and speaker programs).
  14. Serves as a medical resource for internal medical and sales training.
  15. Support company sponsored clinical research and IIS process.
  16. Attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences and support development of summaries of key data, presentations or symposium.
  17. Ensure compliance with applicable local and global laws, regulations, guidelines and company policies and procedures.
  18. Develop personal and professional capabilities to improve skills and professional capabilities.
