SCOPO
Opera all’interno della funzione Acquisti di Collezione della Divisione Abbigliamento, garantendo il corretto approvvigionamento delle materie prime necessarie alla realizzazione delle collezioni e delle sfilate, nel rispetto delle tempistiche prestabilite.
Si interfaccia con Stile, Ricerca, Prodotto, Magazzino, Pricing e Produzione.
RESPONSABILIT À
Valuta i fabbisogni delle materie prime e ne pianifica gli acquisti; Verifica le giacenze dei tessuti occorrenti per la realizzazione dei capi; Evade gli ordini e ne monitora l’avanzamento; Predispone la scheda tessuti; Negozia le condizioni di acquisto ed individua le migliori offerte; Predispone i contratti di fornitura e gli ordini di acquisto, accertandosi dei tempi di consegna; Cura i rapporti con i fornitori ed i laboratori per la realizzazione dei capi di collezione e di sfilata; Verifica lo stato delle consegne delle materie prime; Assicura gli standard qualitativi richiesti, evidenziando irregolarità Provvede alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche legate al tessuto; Gestisce le eventuali contestazioni qualitative relative alle materie prime; Garantisce il rispetto delle normative e la conformità agli standard, secondo le direttive del Gruppo; Contribuisce alla valutazione dei nuovi fornitori.
REQUISITI E CONOSCENZE
Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale/Economia, integrata preferibilmente da un Master specifico nell’area tessile;
Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3/4 anni all’interno di un ufficio Acquisti, maturata in aziende del settore abbigliamento di lusso;
Buone capacità organizzative e di relazione;
Capacità di dare priorità alle attività e concentrarsi su più progetti contemporaneamente;
