The O pportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing and Accounting Specialist to be responsible for billing and intermediation accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably in the financial services industry, and a deep understanding of billing and acquiring processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Be in charge of the billing processes and intermediation accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations Manage all billing process (manual and semi-automatic) Collaborate with other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors Manage the process of sending E-Invoices to the SDI Support the other team in charge for the preparation of the SDD mandates and collection activities Reconcile intermeditiation accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies Collaborate with other team members to provide any clarification needed to finalize statutory and regulatory reportingWho Are We Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on billing and GL accounting Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles Proficient in financial software and MS Excel Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Good written and spoken English language skillsPerks & Benefits
